Nicola Guarin

Nicola stands firm in the belief that justice begins by giving every voice the strength to be heard and the courage to stand. She brings a proven track record of guiding clients with clarity and dedication, pairing sharp analytical thought with the discernment to recognise what often lies unseen. Her experience across different legal systems allows her to look beyond black-letter law, approaching each client with creativity, foresight and a determined pursuit of justice.

Nicola graduated with an LLB in Law with Hispanic Law from the University of Leeds, including a year studying law in Spanish at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she achieved Matrícula de Honor. Exposure to a different legal system refined her cross-jurisdictional thinking and strengthened her ability to approach each client with care, perspective and a thoughtful understanding of the issues at hand. She has gained experience at the Ministry of Justice, developing valuable insight into criminal procedure and the level of responsibility involved in supporting clients through demanding and complex matters.

Away from the office, Nicola enjoys playing the piano, singing and travelling. These experiences, along with her international study, have shaped her perspective and underpin the cross-jurisdictional approach she brings to her work.
