Indecent Images - NFA
Holborn Adams has secured a significant result for a trainee doctor facing allegations relating to the possession of indecent images. Following detailed pre-charge representations, the case concluded with no further action, allowing the client to protect their career and continue progressing within the medical profession.
Possession of Indecent Images - Community Order
Holborn Adams represented a client for an allegation of possession of indecent images. Following, expert representation at the Magistrates’ court, our client was sentenced to a 1-year community order. This is notable as there was a risk of custody in this matter.
Successful Pre Charge Bail Variation Application at Highbury Corner
Andrew Ford made an application before the District Judge sitting at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court to vary pre-charge bail conditions imposed in relation to an investment banker. The Judge agreed with Andrew’s submissions that the conditions were not proportionate, the application was successful and the conditions were varied.
