I am so pleased I and my wife found, and I am now being represented and supported by Holborn Adams on a very serious but malicious and false allegation that has already wrecked our mental health and family relationships even before a charge has been brought. I just wanted to extend a note of thank you in dealing with my recent case. Our lives were turned upside down when my son received through the post a letter to advise he had been charged with assault on a police officer. Words can not describe the stress and anxiety this caused to us as family. As I was saying last night, I was very impressed Holborn Adams and the way he helped me. The solicitor turned up and knew his stuff right away. He was visibly annoyed that I got arrested and he said to me that “he will sort this and I’ve got your back”, it meant a lot as I believed him. He was persistent in challenging the arresting officer to which when were alone the arresting officer said “I'm not happy putting my name to this arrest” , he then went to try and get it overturned before coming back unsuccessfully but again reiterated to me that I should stick with my solicitor and listen to him as “ I have a good one out there”. He said he had seen loads in his 20 years and he would want my solicitor representing him!  He was really good in the interview, argued our case well and was keen to get a resolution on the day, which unfortunately he couldn’t. He built a good bond with the interviewing officer which had she been able to make a decision for us, I think would have been favourable I was really impressed with how much he cared, I genuinely felt that he was there looking after me.  I just hope he can finish it off now for me!

After the initial consultation with Fay, I was amazed at the level of care and professionalism towards the matter and this was a massive selling point to instructing you to act on my behalf as negligence on a local solicitors' part made me feel uneasy. Fay made me feel positive about the situation rather than in the dark and explained everything involved very concisely. After instructing, she engaged fully with the police on my behalf and arranged for Ravi and Adam to attend the Police Interview in Newquay, which I must add, both were phenomenal, so please pass on thanks where due. Before the interview, on many occasions outside of Office hours, Fay contacted me to discuss the case and prepare me best so for the interview. It has been a long last 2 years with many ups and downs and we are happy that it has finally come to conclusion, especially with the result of the final hearing which meant I was not made subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order due to your hard work and expertise arguing against such an order being imposed. It will no doubt make life much easier not having another restriction placed onto me and my family. I cannot thank Ria, Andrew and Tara McCarthy (counsel) enough for all the compassion, caring attitude, expertise and patience over the last 2 years. It warms my heart to know that there are humans like yourselves who really care about the people they represent and you have all fought for me with my interest at heart.
