Sexual Assault, Harassment & Stalking Allegations - No Further Action
Holborn Adams represented a client who faced multiple allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and stalking. These were extremely serious accusations with the potential to result in a criminal charge, damaging reputational consequences, and significant personal impact. Through exceptional and strategic pre-charge engagement, our legal team made detailed representations to both the Police and the CPS, challenging key assumptions and evidential gaps at an early stage. Possession with Intent to Supply Class A & B Drugs - No Further Action
Holborn Adams represented a client accused of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs. After detailed analysis of the evidence and strategic representations made to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the defence successfully demonstrated significant weaknesses in the prosecution’s case. As a result of these proactive efforts, the CPS decided to take no further action against our client. This is an excellent outcome given the seriousness of the initial allegations, which could have carried substantial custodial sentences.
Sharing Intimate Image - No Further Action
Holborn Adams represented a client accused of sharing a photograph or film of a person in an intimate state with intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation.
