Possession of Indecent Images - Community Order
Holborn Adams represented a client for an allegation of possession of indecent images. Following, expert representation at the Magistrates’ court, our client was sentenced to a 1-year community order. This is notable as there was a risk of custody in this matter.
Rape - No Further Action
Holborn Adams represented a client accused of rape. Through infallible and carefully structured representations to the Crown Prosecution Service, the defence successfully demonstrated significant weaknesses in the evidence. As a result, the CPS concluded there was insufficient basis to proceed, and the decision was made to take no further action against our client. This outcome spared the client from the stress and uncertainty of a prosecution and preserved their reputation.
Publishing Obscene Material - No Further Action
