Having spent 10 years as a Head of Operations, Dave has led teams through large-scale improvements in service delivery, with a consistent focus on raising standards and enhancing overall customer experience. He believes strongly in the link between engaged teams and excellent client outcomes, and works to create environments where people feel supported, accountable, and empowered to perform at their best.

Dave takes a pragmatic and personable approach, ensuring clients feel informed, reassured, and well looked after throughout what can often be challenging circumstances.

Outside work, Dave enjoys training in the gym, live music, theatre, and exploring new restaurants.
