Charlotte is an experienced paralegal with a background in family and criminal law. During her time in family law, Charlotte developed a particular interest in defending those accused of criminal offences.
She has spent several years as a paralegal, frequently attending court to assist those acting litigant in person. She frequently worked on proceedings involving domestic abuse allegations and other criminal matters. She has a keen interest in defending those accused of breaching non-molestation and restraining orders as well as sexual offences. She is experienced in defending harassment, stalking, assaults and battery. She has a passion for advocacy and has a firm approach to defence.
Charlotte also has experience in social media development, amassing over a million views on videos relating to family law.
