Threats to Disclose Private Images & Criminal Damage – Community Order Secured Despite Custody Threshold
Holborn Adams successfully represented a client facing serious allegations at the Magistrates’ Court, including threatening to cause criminal damage and threats to disclose a sexual private image. Despite the case crossing the custody threshold, the client received a low-level community order at sentencing. Following robust legal argument, a third charge of criminal damage was withdrawn by the prosecution after successful representations at court.
