Sarah Malik

Sarah Malik is an experienced and well- regarded lawyer whose career to date has spanned internationally. Prior to founding SOL, a boutique dispute resolution practice in the UAE in August 2018, she practiced as a Barrister at a leading set of Chambers in London. Sarah is currently affiliated as an associate member of 36 Stone.

Sarah undertakes dispute resolution at all levels domestically and internationally and has vast experience in cross border disputes. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits as an arbitrator. She is a member of the SIAC Users Council in the Middle East and is appointed on the Lagos Panel of Independent Arbitration Neutrals. Sarah is a published author in both arbitration and employment law and is a regular international speaker. She collaborates with various government and private bodies worldwide to provide training and consultation. She has trained the ADJD Judiciary and the Kazakhstan Judiciary on international best practice in courtrooms. Sarah is appointed as a visiting lecturer in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at the LLM level in Dubai and also in Comparative Employment Law.

Sarah is known as a straight talking, no nonsense lawyer who fights her clients corner hard and who’s approach and commitment has resulted in a loyal international client following. Sarah acts as personal advisor to UNHW clients and has a growing entertainment and fashion law practice.
